Sales Prices and Commissions

Reench connects buyers and sellers of luxury items, while providing curation, authentication and secure payment services.

We charge a commission on each sale, at the seller's expense, guaranteeing a reliable and transparent service.

Any costs to be borne by the Buyer

Shipping costs : Depending on destination and purchase price. Often at Reenchand free delivery.
Customs duties: Vary according to the tax regulations of the country of delivery. Contact your local customs office as soon as possible: Consult our page dedicated to buyers' customs obligations.

Brand independence

Reench connects fashion enthusiasts with rare and exclusive luxury pieces, both contemporary and vintage.

We are not affiliated with or authorized by the luxury brands whose products are sold on our platform.

All trademarks and registered names are the property of their respective owners.

Authenticity and Control

Each article is checked and certified by our specialists BEFORE being published on our platform. In case of doubt, it will be cross-checked by an independent expert member of the CECOA, European Association of Art Appraisers.

All products come with a Certificate of Authenticity Reench.

Any product suspected of being counterfeit is immediately withdrawn from sale.

Article Reviews

At ReenchWe only accept items in perfect condition, with the exception of natural marks caused by the passage of time:

Never worn with label: Brand new, never used.
Never worn: Brand-new item with no defects.
Very good condition: little wear, slight traces of wear.
Good condition: visible signs of wear, but functional.

Each item is inspected and any traces of wear are noted on the product sheet. Any restorations are also mentioned for total transparency. Items are stored in protective packaging, protected from dust and damage.

Transaction security

We use the HTTPS and work with secure payment providers. Reench does not store its customers' banking information.

Processing and delivery times

Order processing :

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 working hours of confirmation of payment.
Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
