Reench platform: networking & services

Reench selects and authenticates exceptional luxury pieces, offered by hand-picked sellers, and makes them available to buyers seeking authenticity and rarity. We ensure the curation of the pieces, rigorous authentication, as well as secure payment and delivery.

The commission is paid by the seller. Shipping is often free depending on the amount and destination. Customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer — see our dedicated page .

Independence from brands

Reench is not affiliated with the luxury brands resold on the platform. All brands mentioned remain the property of their respective owners.

Who are the Reench sellers?

Reench doesn't operate like an open marketplace. Our sellers are selected by our team according to strict criteria: knowledge of luxury items, respect for artisanal craftsmanship, and a commitment to authenticity. Each item then undergoes our authentication process before being offered for sale.

How can I tell if an item is still available?

All the pieces displayed on the website are available in real time. If a product page is accessible, the item is available. If you have any doubts, our team can confirm availability via WhatsApp within minutes.

Are the photos true to life?

Yes — every piece is photographed by our team in our Paris studio. We document every detail, from the stitching and finishes to any potential signs of wear. If you would like additional photos or to see the item in motion, follow us on Instagram or contact us with WhatsApp.

Can you view a piece live before buying it?

Yes — this is at the heart of our Video Fitting service. Upon request via WhatsApp, our team will present the piece to you on video, answer your questions in real-time, and allow you to examine every detail (fit, materials, finishes) before making your decision. Request a video.

Are the prices negotiable?

The prices displayed on Reench reflect the true value of the coins after authentication and curation. They are not negotiable. However, our selection is constantly evolving—if a coin exceeds your budget, our team can alert you as soon as a similar coin becomes available at a different price.

In what currency are the prices displayed?

To provide a better point of comparison with the international market, we use two primary reference currencies:

  • The Euro (€) for all of Europe.
  • The Dollar ($) for the rest of the world.

Authenticity and control

Each piece is checked by our specialist team, counter-experted if necessary by a member of the CECOA — the European Committee of Auctioneers and Public Officers, a reference in luxury expertise — and accompanied by a Reench Certificate of Authenticity.

This certificate attests to the authenticity of the piece and can be presented in the event of a possible resale.

What happens if an item turns out to be counterfeit after delivery?

In the exceptional case that an item fails an independent counter-expertise after delivery, Reench will cover the return and provide a full refund, unconditionally. Our commitment to authenticity is absolute.

Item condition

  • Never worn with tags : new item with original tags.
  • Never worn : brand new item with no visible defects.
  • Very good condition : very little wear, slight signs of wear.
  • Good condition : visible wear but consistent with use.

Can we place an order directly via WhatsApp?

Transaction security

Reench uses HTTPS and only works with PCI DSS certified payment providers. Bank details are never stored on our servers.

International delivery

Delivery via DHL Express to your home in over 50 countries. Processing within 24 business hours of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times: France 1 day, Europe 2-3 days, America and Asia 4-5 days.

How can I track my order?

A DHL tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your order is shipped. You can track your package in real time on the DHL website. Our team is available on WhatsApp for any questions regarding shipping.

Return policy

Returns accepted within 14 days of receipt, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases of non-conformity or authenticity issues. See our terms and conditions .

What should I do if the received item does not match its description?

Contact our team within 48 hours of receipt, preferably via WhatsApp with supporting photos. We handle each case individually and will arrange for return and refund if the non-conformity is confirmed.
